Walter Clint Cobb

Walter Clint Cobb, 67 of Summerton, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at his home.

Walter was born on April 2, 1957, in Kansas City, MO and grew up in Topeka, KS. He was a son of the late Dorothy Cobb Cameron Cobb and Elmer Cobb.

Walter was a man of true faith and loved sharing the love of Jesus Christ with others. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Walter was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. He worked for many years at Exide in Salina, KS and retired from Food Lion Distribution Center in Elloree. Walter was previously married to Elizabeth Cobb.

Walter is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Richard, Cobb, Clyde Cobb, Michael Cobb and Wayne Cobb, and a sister Rose Cobb.

Walter is survived by his wife of 24 years Carol Jane Cobb; sons Eric of Minnesota, Bryan, Nicholas and Brandan of Kansas and Allen Harley of Orangeburg; daughters Carayne (Rainey) Harley of Summerton and Carey Harley of Colorado; Sister Kathy; grandchildren Nate Harley of Tennessee, Ashlynn Bozard Dietrich of Charleston, Cheyenne Bozard of Colorado, Lucas and Leanna Cobb of Kansas, and Jonathan Cobb of Minnesota; and many nieces and nephews mostly in Kansas.

Services will be held privately by the family.
