Tyler Ryan Young

Eutawville- Tyler Ryan Young, 30, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 as a result of an UTV accident. Funeral service will be 2 pm Thursday, October 5 at Hope Lutheran Church, 10154 Old Number Six Highway, Vance, with Bishop Herman Yoos Officiating. A Masonic service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday at Avinger Funeral Home. Burial will be private. The family requests that attire for the service be casual and joyful. Tyler was born in Charleston, a son of Susan Jackson Young and Wayne Young. He was a graduate of Dorchester Academy. He worked as a production operator for Showa Denko and was a member of the Vance Masonic Lodge, Hope Lutheran Church and the South Carolina Waterfowl Association Four Holes Chapter. He is survived by his mother and father; his Fiance, Taylor Westbury and her son Clayton of Eutawville; a brother, Bradley (Jordan) Young of Bluffton; a sister, Amy (Nic) Whisnant of Stanfield, NC; a nephew, Sawyer Young; nieces, Logan and Collins Whisnant. Family will receive friends Wednesday, October 4, from 5 pm to 7 pm at Avinger Funeral Home.
