St. Luke Bunch

HOLLY HILL - St. Luke Bunch, 77, of Holly Hill, husband of Pauline Pratt Bunch, died Monday, April 11, 2016 at his home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Avinger Funeral Home with Rev. Dwight Brazell officiating. Burial will follow in the First Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. St. Luke was born in Holly Hill, a son of the late Joel M. Bunch and Devinia Risher Bunch. A retired iron worker, he was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church, and was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie S. Bunch. Surviving are his wife of Holly Hill; a son, Carl Bunch of Holly Hill; sisters, Lucile (Lewis) Clark and Estis (Major) Hill, all of Cross; a brother, John (Betty) Bunch of Holly Hill; 3 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. this Wednesday at the funeral home.
