Robert John "Bob" Mallue

Robert John "Bob" Mallue, 89 of Elloree, South Carolina, husband of Ruby Heatley Mallue passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, January 9, 2025 surrounded by his wife Ruby, daughter Tracy and family and friends.

Born on November 19, 1935 in Jersey City, NJ Bob was a son of the late Florence Joggerst Mallue and William Mallue.

Bob served his country in the United States Navy and was a engineer on the railroad for over 38 years. He loved to dance, play golf, snow ski and go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and a donut.

Bob is survived by his wife Ruby; children Grace Amos (Paul), Robin Murray (Mike), Tracy Mallue (Lisa), and Robert Mallue; step-children Katherine Watkins, Troy Heatley, and Mike Heatley; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Euphemia, a brother and 2 sisters.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 1PM at Gerizim United Methodist Church, 1432 Vance Road, Vance.
