Rickey Leon "Rick" Spotts

Ricky (Rick) Leon Spotts, 66 of Eutawville, South Carolina, passed away November 17, 2022 at MUSC due to health issues that he had been battling for a while. He went to heaven peacefully with his immediate family by his side.

Rick is survived by his wife, Linda of the home; daughters, Marisa (Tommy) Bishop, Moncks Corner; Liane Spotts, Oklahoma City; Tammie Cadden Summerville; father, William Leroy (Ruth) Spotts, Afton, Oklahoma; sister, Carol Baker of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, brother Kurt (Robin) Spotts, Mulvane, Kansas; sister, Teresa (Mark) Koppin; brother in laws, Dwight (Deann) Hooper and Robert (Becky) Hooper both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandchildren Matthew, Peyton, Kai, Daniel, Emma, Kourtney, Avery and great granddaughter, Savannah.

Rick proudly served his country for 20 years in the United States Navy. Rick was an avid member of the VFW Post 10980 in Eutawville, where he loved spending time with all his many friends and comrades. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing with his friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 2:00pm at the VFW Post 10980, 448 Miracle Drive, Eutawvillle, South Carolina, 29048.

Rick will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. Details will be made available at a later date.
