Richard Lee “ Rich ” McGowan, 79, passed away peacefully at his home in Eutawville, SC, Sunday, April 5, 2021. Rich was a retired ironworker. Survivors are his wife Mary of the home, stepdaughter, Shauna (Daniel) Olvera of Pembroke, Georgia and a host of friends.
