Richard L. Zink

SANTEE - Richard Leonard Zink, 88, of Santee, died Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. All services will be private. Mr. Zink was born in Salem, IN, a son of the late Harry H. Zink and Mabel Colglazier Zink. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a retired Quality Control Manager from the General Electric Corporation. Mr. Zink was a member of Jerusalem United Methodist Church in Santee, a member of Lake Marion Kiwanis Club, and a member of Columbus, IN Masonic Lodge. Preceding him in death were sons Keith R. Zink and Brian H. Zink. Surviving are his wife, Mary Jane Booher Zink of Santee; a daughter, Marcia Monaco of New Jersey; a son, Kenneth Zink of Louisiana; a brother, Earl Zink of Jacksonville Beach, FL; a sister, Mary Anderson of Bluffton, IN; grandchildren, Alyson Monaco of New Jersey and Trent Zink of South Carolina.
