Born on November 14, 1941 in Georgetown, South Carolina. Patsy was a daughter of the late James Watkins and Minnie Lee Lambert Watkins.
Patsy, spent most of her life as a Military wife and homemaker. At one time she owned Goodies and Gift Shoppe in the Santee Mall.
Her most enjoyment came from her children, family, and friends.
Patsy is survived by her sons Richard ClemonsII (Maja) of Goose Creek, Robert Clemons (Tonya) 6 grandchildren (Robert Jr., Richard,
James, Marshall, Ava, and Samuel), 3 great-grandchildren.
Services are being privately held among the family.
