HOLLY HILL - Mrs. Myrtle Lee Jackson Pace, 72, of Holly Hill, died Saturday, September 29, 2012 at her home. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at The Church of God of Prophecy, Camden Road, Holly Hill, with Rev. Frank Graham officiating. Burial will follow in the Scott Cemetery. Mrs. Pace was born in Holly Hill, a daughter of the late Percy Lee Jackson and Florrie J. Jackson. She was a retired seamstress and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. Surviving are her husband, Fred R. Pace of the home; daughter, Pam (Mike) Fowler of St. Mary's, GA; son Darrin Jackson of Holly Hill; step-daughters, Lisa (Don) Cook, Tina (Todd) Jones, and Camey Pace, all of Cochran, GA; step-son, Fred (Pat) Pace, Jr. of Cochran, GA; sister, Vernelle Jackson of Maine; brothers, Wroten (Pam) Jackson of Orangeburg, Evans Jackson of Santee, and Larry (Kim) Jackson of Tenn.; 3 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and 5 step great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. this Sunday at Avinger Funeral Home, and other times at the home.
