Mary Ratliff Martin, 81, of Holly Hill , South Carolina died, Friday, May 11, 2018. She was born on September 28, 1936 in , Vance, SC to the late P.J. Ratliff and Agnes Dukes Ratliff. She enjoyed reading, spending time with her family and friends. She was member of First Baptist Church of Holly Hill. Survivors include sons: Joel "Tim" (Mary Kay) Martin of Mt Pleasant, SC and Marty (Nan) Martin of Marietta, GA; daughter: Stephanie (Mike) Giordano of Holly Hill, SC; sister: Rosie (Homer) Hoover of Ridgeville, SC; grandchildren: Lauren Martin of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Adam Martin of Marietta, GA, Ryan Martin of Marietta, GA, and Leanna Martin of Marietta, GA and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Hurley Martin. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 13, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Avinger Funeral Home, 2274 Eutaw Road, Holly Hill, SC, 29059.The Celebration of Life Service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Avinger Funeral Home, 2274 Eutaw Road, Holly Hill, SC, 29059. Interment will follow in Island Cemetery, Santee.
