EUTAWVILLE - Mary Rabba Coleman, 90, of Eutawville, widow of Alva Coleman, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Funeral service will be 12 noon Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Corinth Baptist Church, 1910 Camden Road, Holly Hill, SC, with Rev. Buddy Locke officiating with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ted Lee, Tommy Lee, H.W. Hughes, David Grooms, Denny Beckley, and Devin Beckley. Honorary pallbearers Zachary Usiel and Davis Beckley. The family will receive friends before the service in the fellowship hall at the church beginning at 11 a.m. Mrs. Coleman was born August 1, 1924 in Bremen, Germany, a daughter of the late Karl Rabba and Frieda Rabba. A retired mail carrier, she was a member of Corinth Baptist Church, and the VFW in Eutawville. Surviving are daughters, Emily (Danny) Grooms of New Hope, Phyllis (Henry) Hughes of Dorchester, and Nancy (Teddy) Lee of Columbia; a sister, Hella (Klaus) Schutte Claus of Bremen, Germany; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
