Lisa Dawn Britton

Lisa D. Britton, 56 of Vance, South Carolina, a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished soul, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and quiet strength.

She shared 39 wonderful years with her husband, Brian Britton, building a life full of steadfast devotion and companionship. Together, they raised two children: their daughter Nicole Robinson (Nikki), and their son James Britton (Dylan), who was her favorite and forever her baby boy.

A solitary and introspective woman. Lisa found her peace in nature. The beauty of the outdoors, particularly the calm of the lake, was her sanctuary. Whether sitting by the water or surrounded by the quiet rustle of the trees, she felt most at home when enveloped by the natural world. 

Lisa also shared a profound bond with her beloved dog, Sissy. Loyal and loving, Sissy was her constant companion, providing comfort and companionship that brought light to her days.

Lisa's wild spirit and unwavering love will be deeply missed by her family and friends. May her soul find eternal serenity, embraced by the beauty of the landscape she so loved.

In her honor, the family asks for those who knew her to take a moment to pause by a lake, breathe in the fresh air, remember Lisa and the joy she found in life's quiet blessings.

Born May 9, 1968 in Cincinnati, OH. She is survived by her Father Noel Humphries, Mother Donna Jane Humphries (Conway), Husband Brian D. Britton, Sister Cristal Williams, Daughter Nicole Robinson(Nikki) & spouse Jeremiah, Son James Britton(Dylan)& spouse Melinda, Granddaughters Mya Robinson and Millie Britton, Nephew Curtis Williams, and Niece Brittney Williams.

A memorial for Lisa will be held at a later date and we will notify all family and friends.
