Jerry G. Mills

Jerry G. Mills, age 55, of North Charleston, died Wednesday June 22, 2011 at the VA Hospital in Charleston after a long bout with cancer. A private service is planned. Mr. Mills was born May 5, 1956 in Charleston, a son of Robert E. Mills and Polly Hutto Mills of Holly Hill. Surviving are his mother; daughters, Katrina Dombroski of Summerville and Jan Padgett of Seffner, Fl.; three grand-daughters, Jade, Gabi and Madelyn; and one grandson, Jordan; two sisters, his twin Terry Mills of Holly Hill, and Linda Boillard of Summerville; two brothers, Robert "Rocky" Mills, Jr. of Holly Hill and Steve Mills of Pooler, GA. He is also survived by the love of his life and long time care-giver, his ex-wife, Darla McGrew of Ladson.
