Jean Anderson Richardson

EUTAWVILLE - Sarah "Jean" Anderson Richardson, 78, of Eutawville, widow of Van M. Richardson, Jr., died Friday, January 18, 2013 in a Moncks Corner Nursing Home. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Eutawville United Methodist Church with Rev. Bruce Rucker and Greg Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Eutawville Cemetery. Jean was born in Eutawville, the daughter of the late W. L. Anderson, Jr. and Nerine Croft Anderson. She was a member of Eutawville United Methodist Church, and was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Richardson. Surviving is a daughter, Vanda Murphy (Jamie) of Holly Hill; a son, Bobby Richardson of Maude, Tex.; grandchildren, Hannah Murphy and Anderson Murphy, Robert and Sarah Richardson; and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday at the church one hour prior the service beginning at 2 p.m. Memorials may be made to Eutawville Cemetery, PO Box 5, Eutawville, SC 29048.
