Fred Louis Ziegelmeier

ELLOREE, SC - Fred Louis Ziegelmeier, 88, of Elloree, SC died Saturday, January 1, 2011 in an Asheville, NC hospital. A memorial service will be held later in the spring. Mr. Ziegelmeier was born in Gillette, NJ a son of the late Joseph John Ziegelmeier and Sophie Illg Ziegelmeier. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II and was a member of the Local 475 in Warren Township NJ. He was a member of the Vance Masonic Lodge, and was first married to the late Shirley Lois Sorg Ziegelmeier, and was the widow of Ann Marie Lerwick Ziegelmeier. Surviving are a son, William J. Ziegelmeier of Burnsville, NC; a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Kielblock of Myersville, NJ; a brother, Walter J. Ziegelmeier of Millington, NJ; 2 grandsons, and 2 great-grandchildren.
