David E. Cramer

HOLLY HILL - David E. Cramer, 72, loving husband to Julie Cramer, went home to be with the Lord on, Sunday, October 4, 2015. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church, Holly Hill, with Rev. Marshall Locke officiating. The family will receive friends prior the service beginning at 10 a.m. at the church. Born in Nebraska and raised in Kansas, David was a son of Elinor S. Cramer and the late Donald T. Cramer. After graduating from Hiawatha High School in Kansas, he joined the Navy. After being stationed in Charleston he never left South Carolina. He retired as Director of Data Processing for the City of Charleston. David enjoyed fishing, but loved to cook and laugh. He was a very good friend to many. Surviving are his wife of Holly Hill; his mother of Salina, KS; a brother, Richard (Mary) Cramer of Great Bend, KS; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
