Charles Rudd

Charles Clifton Rudd, 77 of Holly Hill, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023.

Born on September 21, 1946 in Holly Hill Charles was a son of the late Virgie Weatherford Rudd and Richard Rudd.

Charles loved to hunt and fish. He loved to hear the dogs run on a hunt. Charles enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family, especially his great grandchildren. He attended Pressley Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Ann Rudd.

Charles is survived by sons, Charles Rudd (Tammy) and Allen Rudd (Angela); daughter, Marie Rudd (Ronald); grandchildren, Kevin Rudd, Jessica Pratt (Rocky), and Kayla Martin (Darius); great grandchildren, Alexis, Avaeh, and Aleah Pratt, Payton Rudd, and Kayled and Keegan Rudd; brothers, Leroy, Richard, Jerry, and Frank; sisters, Mary, Patricia, Diane, and Beatrice, as well as his extended family.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 1-2PM at Pressley Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church. The service will follow at 2PM. Burial will take place after the service at the Eutawville Cemetery.

Those serving as Pallbearers are Jimmy Boyd, Donald Murray, Mark Seagraves, Keith Irick, Mason Rudd, and Jim Weatherford.  Honorary Pallbearers will be David Robinson, Wayne Rudd, and Michael Weatherford.
