Becky Jeffers

CHARLESTON - Sarah Elizabeth "Becky" West Jeffers, 42, of Charleston, wife of Jim Jeffers, Jr., passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017 in a Charleston hospital. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Eutawville United Methodist Church with Rev. Billy Lewis officiating. Entombment will be later at Bethel UMC Cemetery in Harleyville. Becky was the daughter of the late David E. West and the late Linda Haselden West of Eutawville. She was a graduate of Holly Hill Academy and attended the University of South Carolina. Becky was a member of Eutawville UMC and enjoyed horseback riding. Surviving are her husband, Jim; a son, Jacob Ryan "Jake" Barnes of Tenn.; a brother, David (Tiffany) West of Lexington; and nephews, Trey and Caleb West. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7 PM this Saturday at Avinger Funeral Home in Holly Hill.
